Holland Hall School is pleased to announce the
12TH annual Phil Sweeney Invitational at Holland Hall.
We extend to you and your teams a sincere invitation
to join us in a great meet on a first-rate, eight lane,
all weather Track and Field facility.
All performances will be F.A.T.
IMPORTANT REMINDER:
Send a ROSTER of all athletes via email,
FAX or mail by April 4TH. This will help
ensure an efficient, well run meet.
Or, submit your roster to

on or before April 3RD.
TIME: Coaches Meeting - 9:00 am
Field Events - 9:30 am
Running Events - 10:30 am
Divisions:
This meet will be for schools sized 5A and below.
Entries:
Each contestant is limited to four (4) events, including relays.
Each school is limited to three (3) entrants in each event and
one (1) team in each relay.
Entry Fee:
$75.00 per division ($150 for both boys and girls).
$10.00 per individual if less than five on a team.
Make checks payable to Holland Hall School.
● Running events will be timed finals. (FAT)
● Field events: Four (4) throws in the shot and discus,
and four (4) jumps in the long jump.
● Scoring: Individual ►10-8-6-4-2-1
Relays ►20-16-12-8-4-2
● Awards: Championship and Runner-Up plaques
will be awarded. In addition, medals will be awarded
to the top three places in all events.
● Equipment: Holland Hall will furnish all starting blocks
to contestants. 1/4" or shorter spikes required.
● Coaches will be given lunch at the break between the
morning and afternoon events.
